I was in Beijing last week for the yearly kickoff meeting for our China team. Each of our regions has a sales kickoff at the beginning of our fiscal year. The enthusiasm was palpable as 7,000 of my China colleagues celebrated the beginning of the year and commemorated the successes of the previous quarters. Our global leadership team was on hand to congratulate the teams. Speeches, music, and a lot of confetti as you will see.
