Beijing - Old and New

I'm in Beijing this month for the Olympics. Lenovo is a TOP sponsor of these Games. Beijing has gone through an amazing transformation - even within the past four months. Lights, flowers, monuments and new hotels are everywhere. Many of the people have even learned basic english. Olympic images are all across the city. I came acrosss a bronzed sculpture of Olympic sprinters in the Oriental Plaza below the Grand Hyatt.
No escape from the blackberry - I'm typing not praying... This was a very good restaurant - Jia.
The Games start tomorrow and we expect good weather and an extraordinary show.
