I love comics - always have. Digital comics take the art form to a new level. I think it's fair to say that comics can do more than entertain. The format provides a wide range of options to engage and enhance our understanding of complex issues.
I met Dave Gray, ceo and founder of Xplane, several years ago when I was searching for a way to help people better understand how fiberoptic cables connected to POPs enable us to have an internet. I later used his firm to help demonstrate how electronic chemicals are used as etchants to help create silicon chips. And most recently his team created an animated short film describing our concept of Worldsourcing. Dave may not call them comics - but whatever we call them, they are effective.
In addition to the anime masters of Japan (one created the image of me used on this site) Marvel continues to create fascinating animated images & stories. They recently partnered with Simon & Shuster to publish Steven King's - N. Take a look and think of all the potential applications of this type of work in your business.
